Happy Crust Co. started the way all good things do. With too much starter and not enough friends to give it to. We're a husband-and-wife team baking out of our home kitchen in Florida, and we take our bread very seriously.
Every loaf is shaped by hand, scored by eye, and baked one at a time. We use a long fermentation that develops deep flavor and a crust that sings when you break it.
We believe good bread doesn't need a factory, just flour, water, salt, and time. Find us at your local farmers market, or order ahead for pickup.
